Hello, Evanston Own It would like to take this time to invite you to become a part of our 10th Year Anniversary Banquet celebrating a decade of service to our city by becoming a vendor or sponsor. Evanston Own It has supported our cities youth employment, support students with scholarships, support seniors and various community initiatives and while celebrating 10 years of service with this event we continue to raise funds to ensure the success of our community.

 

The event will be held on Sunday July 13, 2025, at 3:00 pm at The Hilton Garden Inn.  There are two ways that you can be a part of this event as a sponsor $500.00, $1000.00 or more or a vendor for $200.00.

 

Would you like to be a vendor? The vendor fee is $200 which includes a 7-foot table and 2 chairs. We will announce your church or business name throughout the event and promote your company on our website and social media for 6 months.

 

Consider becoming a sponsor for our 10th Year Anniversary in the following levels $500.00 this level of sponsorship includes two tickets and center seating, featured in our virtual ad book, business announced at the event, and featured on the event program. Consider being $1000.00 or more sponsor, this includes four tickets, premiere seating, and the opportunity to highlight your business on our website, Facebook page (logos as corporate sponsors for a year), be featured in virtual ad book, the event program and on the screen during the Anniversary Banquet.  

 

All sponsors and vendors must be confirmed completed application by clicking (vendor/sponsor link on the Banquet page on our website and with full payment by Friday June 13, 2025.
